Reading according to Halima, a lecturer in the department of English, Niger State College of Education Minna, is one of the four language skill which is exponential to literacy skill, that transfers a written information from the writer perception who serves to be the first hand author, to be read by another person who thought it to be useful to his desperacy. 

In a conceptualized environment that transact between a transfer of learning into knowledge through reading, turns out to be indispensable as it's importance, can not be neglected in a vibrant and growing academic atmosphere of the third world country that we are in.

As the saying goes "if you want to hide anything from the black, fix it amidst papers", this has become true with no hesitation or second thought of decision making system.

According to a research by Dr Wingles Giambrin, a scholar in humanuetics, he acclamate that about an estimate of 91.15% of students having the DNA of the black have the difficulty of bowing low for a straight 35 minutes for a conventional, and this have caused a great harm than good to the Educational system of this nation.

Teachers in training are not left out of this infallible truth, as record has it that there is that escalating frequency of half baked teachers. As you can not give what you don't have, so it is for teachers who never had the desire for passionate core learning which will make him vast knowledged in the subject of study. 

No wonder Student keep saying, they hate to get through with the Teaching of this and that teacher simply because he failed to prepare his ambition to study for the task ahead. 

As a teacher in practice, you must not be told on when and time to study, as your reading have to come from a passionate affection of your identity to the nation which you belong. 

Teachers failed to inculcate core values to learners because the right track have been trampled before time. 

Poor habit towards reading will keep damaging the image of the nation if no measure is put to to save the time, as it has been a track record of a dilapidated development initiative and innovation in the Educational sector of our dear nation. 

In conclusion, government should initiate incentives of award that will be geared towards a systematic venture of more often than none, that will motivate aspiring teachers who are not yet into the system to help build a castle of new and young practitioner with modernized and innocently innovative ideas for better weather condition for Teaching and learning.
